Website Privacy
Notice.
How Adair Yachts handles website inquiries and behavioral website activity. In short: first-party, no resale, controllable.
I
What we collect
When you submit a form, Adair Yachts collects the information you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, inquiry type, and message. This is stored to respond to your inquiry and follow up where appropriate.
When behavioral tracking is allowed, the website also records first-party activity such as page views, approximate active time on pages and visible listing cards, listing clicks, form starts, contact clicks, the referring page, and any campaign parameters in the URL.
II
How it's used
This activity helps us understand which listings or services led to an inquiry, and lets us provide more relevant follow-up. Anonymous activity is linked to a prospect record only when a visitor identifies through a form or another deterministic interaction — never inferred or sold.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers and do not share inquiry data with parties outside of Adair Yachts and our directly contracted brokerage software.
III
Your controls
The footer Privacy Preferences control lets this browser switch to necessary-only behavior at any time. Browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track also disable behavioral tracking when detected.
Necessary-only mode disables behavioral website event tracking. Lead forms and contact links continue to work — they’re operational, not behavioral.
