As one of the few female yacht brokers in the industry, she spent the first decade proving — through results, not words — that experience, integrity, and deep market knowledge matter most.
Rather than backing down in a competitive field, Nancy continued to show up, learn every detail of the business, and advocate fiercely for her clients. That commitment laid the foundation for Adair Yachts as a trusted used yacht brokerage serving Long Beach and Southern California.
Today, Nancy leads with decades of hands-on experience and a reputation built almost entirely through referrals — a loyal following earned over years of honest guidance, successful negotiations, and long-term client relationships.
